National Referendum

Citizens of the USA, I come to you with the following referendum regarding the future of Columbia. Weigh your decision carefully. At this point Columbia has not and does not pose a threat to our immediate future as they currently stand.

Should we:

Vote YES: Leave the rest of Columbia as is and be happy with the High Stone region we have and possibly (another ref if option A is the choice) open communication with them about giving them a small fee for its use in exchange for their assistance in its defense (similar to our deal with Canada).

or

Vote NO: Take the rest of their lands as our own and assimilate their citizens into our labor force.
