Yes-To hold off on pay dividend until next week with the goal of opening up a market in Slovakia. Their market is currently building due to the efforts of the empire in a hole. If I open up markets in Slovakia it will lower cost of on the company increasing the value of it as a hole. Slovakia has very low tax rates and some tax rates do not apply at all.
