Dear Shareholders,

I will be instituting a plan where a handful (5 - 10) employees will be paid 1 KRW + salary in gold.

These workers will in effect be "communing" at 10%, with their salaries in gold going to their MU (732), which in turn will use the gold from their salary (along with additional gold from me) to buy supplies from 10%.

This will benefit 10% by providing stable, loyal workers in the short run, and by creating players who are more engaged in the game in the long run (who will most likely buy our goods).
