Liquidation:

We are selling out all assets and will pay a dividend on the total amount from the sale. This seems to be the most fair way to liquidate the company. This my prove to be a lengthy process so if you need gold before then we can work out a plan to buy out your shares at a fair price (close to what you would get from the final dividend).
