Right now we have a Q2 Diamond company in South Korea that isn't doing too well so I propose a choice. Would you like to keep the Q2 Diamond company and work towards upgrading it OR would you like to sell it and add that gold to the company profits (which count toward dividends)? I will refrain from voting so the choice is all yours...
