Do you agree with the following question:

My fellow shareholders,

I have just taken over as ceo of the company, and well things don't look very good. Im trying to work with what little stock and currency was left in the company. As you can see in the past actions, we had just sold our q5 gift company for like 380 gold or something and it got paid to shareholders. Additionally i found that the q5 weapons company was also set to be for sale which I quickly took down.

We have some tough choices ahead of us. As you can see, we have no major shareholder and no sole person with the power to vote yes or no on a subject and have it pass in an instant. Because of this, it handicaps me very much as your CEO and i cannot operate as well as other (more) successful stock companies because if/when I wish to pass a vote like issue shares, pay dividends, change the price of shares, or even change the statute, i will have to wait to for a 50% majority and neither I nor any CEO would be capable of running a successful stock company under these circumstances.

It's a fact that the company already has too many shares. 870 shares is not manageable with no clear major shareholder, and without a good stock value. My aim is to gain a greater stake in the company and to also raise the stock value for every shareholder. How? Easy. I wish to buy shares from the current shareholders to the point that i have 51%. Then i will donate my iron company to the stock company so that it can provide iron for the q5 guns and i can add my q2 guns to increase stock value.

As a test, vote in this poll to see how long it takes to reach a majority amongst shareholders. Yes if you would like to go along with my plan, which is not to buy ALL shares from EVERY shareholder, but to buy 20% more of the current shares so stock value doesnt decrease, which would happen if i had to issue more shares. Or vote no, if you hate my ideas and think we should do something else. I am not the majority, so i do not have the final say.
