I propose the following :

1) As Portugal is a very unstable market, I would like to move the nationality to South Korea, where there is persistently high demand for weapons and there is a stable political environment. We will consider opening a sales SC in Portugal in the future.

2) Issue 15 shares to round out the total shares to 200, and to raise funds to upgrade the currently useless Q4 gun factory to Q5.
