Therfore we created a new Stock Company wich will start with the company's off this SC. All share holders will be offerd the following deal:

Every 2 shares of DIC gives you the right at 1 share in Dutch Investment Inc.
You will buy shares of the CEO (JamesRossberry) he will donate you the gold of the transaction as far as the number of shares you had right on. So the change will cost you nothing. For the record: You will get the transaction cost and share price back!
Estimated valeu per share will be 3.34 Gold. So per share you move on 2.1 Gold instantly.
