Do you agree with the following question:

It's not a great mystery..this SC has been dead for a long time.

All of our efforts are instantly taxed by about 75% due to inactive shares. If we had fired all companies up and generated say, 100g per week in profits, 75g of that disappears forever and 25g is split among the active shareholders. This is not fair to anybody involved...and we're at the point where we should cut our losses and put our gold to use elsewhere.

The restructuring process that I carried out came to two main conclusions: too many of our companies were in terrible locations and our home market of Sweden isn't active enough to support an SC of this size.

All company assets have been liquidated in order to facilitate a dividend so that all shareholders get their fair share of the company's real value returned to them.
