Merger Proposal offer by EuroGRoup

GL_Investment Group and EuroGRoup are planning to merge under the name of EuroGRoup. Under the terms of the offer, shareholders of GL_Investment Group will be entitled to receive 2,32 shares (rounded down to the nearest whole number) in exchange of each GL_Investment Group share they own, resulting in GL_Investment Group shareholders owning 39,55% of the enlarge EuroGRoup company.
Fractional entitlements would not be paid.
Banned shareholders of GL_Investment Group would not receive shares in the enlarged EuroGRoup company.

All assets of GL_Investment Group will be transferred to EuroGRoup. The new enlarge group will have a capitalisation of 6700 gold.

GL_Investment Group Capitalisation: 2650 Gold. Estimated Share price: 3,09 Gold (860 shares).
EuroGRoup Capitalisation: 4050 Gold. Estimated Share price: 2,16 Gold (1875 shares).
New Enlarge EuroGRoup Capitalisation: 6700 Gold. Estimated share price: 3,57 Gold. (1875 shares).
