Mon objectif reste d'améliorer l'assise financière de la société et de continuer d'accroitre sa valeur globale.

Je propose de mélanger :
- Croissance externe : Par l'emission d'actions par lot de 10 à un prix compris entre 1.5 et 2 fois la valeur du jour de l'émission. Le but étant de permettre à de nouveaux actionnaires de nous rejoindre ou à des minoritaires d'accroitre leur participation. Le nombre total d'action étant plafonnées à 500.

- Croissance interne : Actuellement il est prévu que 75 % des bénéfices soient réinvestis.
Grace à l'apport financier dû à l'emission d'actions, je propose de ramener ce taux à 50 % pour permettre de doubler le montant prévisionnel des dividendes.
[Etant entendu que la valeur apportée par les actions nouvelles ne sera pas considérée comme du bénéfice]
