We normally aim for 25 gold profit but by the look of the weekly profit so far we will get at best 13- 15 gold. this is since the job market has gone so far up that it is 4 usd over the norm and i keep getting inactive workers that only work for the first day then f**k of (if you are eco skill 1-5 i will offer good pay if your daily active) all this has added up to make this choice.

yes to: give 100% dividence but your shares value wont increase.

no to: give 0% div and increase shares value by about 0.05g/share
