Do you agree to change company statute into:

1) CEO

§1 In a normal statement, the only one right CEO is the president of PZPR Party and represents Party's members will.
§2 In an unusual statement such a long absence of the CEO the allowed shareholders (cf. II.§4).


II. Company's Property, Workers and Shareholders Rights

§1 Despite of the II.§2 & II.§3, the CEO reserves the right to fully manage the company's property.
§2 The salary in weapon companies due to high tax will be paid by donations by CEO
§3 The dividend is paid every two weeks by CEO in donation model
§4 The dividend will be NOT paid for players who are not PZPR Party's members because not PZPR Party members are not allowed to own company's shares and are personae non gratiae here. The only allowed shareholders are the members of PZPR Party.
§5 If one's not allowed to own the company's shares and despite of that buys them his/her will be consistently ignored.
§6 Person from II.§5 has a right to resell his/her shares at ratio 1:1 or in extraordinary situations other, given by CEO.
