*We are generating about 9 gold a week.
*The SC needs to continue to grow in size.

Wish those two facts should we start paying dividends?

Vote YES - If you think we should start paying dividends. I would propose that 20% be reserved for growth. In other words everytime we generate 53.4 gold I would set aside 10 gold for growth and pay the remaining 43.4 Gold as dividends. This would be 0.01 gold per share holder.

Vote NO - Do NOT pay dividends. Continue to reinvest all gold into growing the company.
