I made mistace so vote NO on previous act.

Hello Dear Shareholders,

as u see our stock company (SC) is paying dividend regularly.
But the SC is not growing and that is bad.

I have a plan how to do it. Some of u know that i am very active businessman and i am watching and valuing many markets, so i see that there are 2-3 things urgently missing on markets.

I decided to buy q3 and q5 company, so we have money for q3 and we need at least 400g for capital and new q5 company.

There are TWO WAYS of getting it:

1. To stop paying dividends and issue only 20 new share (vote YES)
2. To pay dividends normal and issue 80-100 new shares (vote NO)
