Vuelvo a escribir después de casi un mes, en esta ocasión lo hago para presentar mi candidatura a CP (presidente) de nuestro querido Perú. Espero contar con su apoyo para consolidar ciertos logros que hemos venido teniendo como país desde hace aproximadamente poco más de un mes atrás, desde la liberación de nuestros territorios.
Les presentaré mis propuestas las cuales algunas se han ejecutado y otras quedan pendiente. Pueden leer un artículo anterior donde las expuse, en apoyo a
1.- Seguir con el impulso que se ha dado a las empresas peruanas (3 actualmente), pero con un cambio, las empresas deben generar beneficios no pueden ser solo de reparto gratuito. Se que esto puede no ser popular pero les recomiendo buscar un reporte de Chile Org antiguo, donde se observa que sus empresas generan ingresos al estado, aproximadamente 90Gold semanales.
2.- Sistema de contratos a precios casi al costo en casos de guerra. El estado venderá sus productos a precio de mercado generando una ganancia, pero en casos de guerra se activará el mecanismo de contratos con precios menores (casi al costo) que permitan a los jugadores participar de las guerras en las mejores condiciones.
3.- Convocatoria a todos aquellos que deseen colaborar con el gobierno peruano en distintas funciones, por ejemplo: responsable de defensa, responsable de finanzas, responsable de comunicaciones, diplomáticos. Pueden agregarse cargos de acuerdo a las necesidades. La idea es convocar a los jugadores y que participen del gobierno haciéndolo más eficiente. Esto también debe generar una mayor organización pues más de uno tendrá tareas y responsabilidades.
4.- Insistimos nuevamente en la presentación de informes semanales sobre los pactos, alianzas y sobre todo la economía del gobierno.
5.- Estabilizar el PEN , un tema que no se debate es cual es precio que debe tener nuestra moneda PEN . Propongo que debe ser de 1Gold =25PEN , esto se puede reevaluar de acuerdo a como influye; sin embargo, es ABSOLUTAMENTE NECESARIO que estabilicemos su precio.

Lo más importante es una moneda estable y que el precio de compra/venta tenga la menor variación posible, no como ocurre actualmente.
6.- De forma personal realicé una propuesta de impuestos hace un tiempo, vean http://secura.e-sim.org/article.html?id=48420 que creo que ha funcionado. La recaudación de por impuestos ha aumentado, para ser transparentes debo decir que no se debe únicamente al cambio de impuestos pero es un factor importante. Antes de realizar esa propuesta revisé las tasas de impuestos de países vecinos y de las potencias por productividad.
7.- Mantener el grupo de Facebook que se ha creado, incluso bajo el control de los actuales administradores, pues consideramos que su apoyo es importantísimo.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
