mikmarand - Now im at home taking care of my 4mo and 5yo daughters.

mikmarand - Yes
Annita - Do you use real political views in the game?
mikmarand - No, its just a game. Game is much more dynamic than real world. Many things can change very fast during few days.
Annita - How to become president of e-Poland?
mikmarand - Now its easy, game is half-dead so there is no big competition. In old times you had to be very active, know game well and have support of strongest players in your country.
Annita - Why do we need a temporally servers ? Do you play in them?
mikmarand - Temp servers are good for ppl who wants to boost their main profiles with gold/eq/medals. I have played on 2-3 temp servers so far but I won't anymore. For me its waste of time.
Annita - Do you play in Suna or Primera?
mikmarand - I have accounts there but only work/train now.
Annita - How do you feel about investing money in the game?
mikmarand - There is no sense to put money in this game atm. There is no sign that dev's would improve this game.
Annita - Poland has many colonies. And for a long time you hold them. How do you do it?
mikmarand - Its easy to have many colonies when many neighbour countries have only few active citizens.
Annita - Poland has a very high import tax. Foreigners are not profitable to trade in your country. What is the reason? This support local producers?
mikmarand - Long time ago there was many active players in Poland. Market was full of products. Import tax was the easiest way to support our players.
Annita - As we know, Poland changed its policy priorities and moved to another Alliance. What are the reasons for this decision?
mikmarand - Well, to be honest it wasn't my decision at all. I only gave green light for it. There was plan of new coalition and we got request if Poland is interested. Im not very active CP but I have good ppl who help me every day so they know situation better. I send one of them to talks about new coalition. After he said that its good idea cuz it will bring some fresh air to secura. In old world order our community was very bored. If we want rest of ppl keep playing we need something new. As I said at point 4. Its just game which is more dynamic than real world. It wasn't anything personal against our previous allies. Long time stabilization is very important in real world. In game its simple way to dead community. Some old ally countries took it too personal. I understand their disappointment. In this game I felt betrayed many times too but I know its only part of gameplay. Many times our enemies became our friends and vice versa. We shouldnt take everything so serious.
Annita - Can you name TOP-5 Secura players?
mikmarand - I'm not so active now, I have no idea who is doing best job in this server now. Probably two leaders of biggest alliances -
Annita - What you need to manage such a big country as Poland? What's the secret?
mikmarand - Now its not big challenge. Luckily I have few great players by my side who help me with Org and who sit on Irc to coordinate our community in battles. In old times I had to be very active by my own + hard work with leaders of biggest polish MU's.
Annita - If you can change something in e-sim, what would you do?
mikmarand - Shutdown all servers asap Only chance for this game is to merge all servers with implementing some new modules which would improve gameplay. But well. We all know that dev's have other targets.
Annita - Your advice to beginners of the game.
mikmarand - Give up this game )

Annita - Используете ли вы реальные политические взгляды в игре?
mikmarand - Нет, конечно, это просто игра. Политика в игре более динамична, чем в реальном мире, и все может кардинально измениться буквально за несколько дней.
Annita - Что нужно чтобы стать президентом е-Польши?
mikmarand - Теперь это легко, игра на половину мертва, и сейчас нет большой конкуренции. В старые времена нужно было быть очень активным, хорошо разбираться в тонкостях игры и иметь поддержку сильнейших игроков страны.
Annita - Зачем нужны временные серверы? Сам играешь в них?
mikmarand - Временные сервера хороши для новичков, которые хотят повысить свой профиль - золото/снаряжение/медали. Я играл на 2-3 временных серверах до этого, но больше не буду. Для прокачанных игроков - это пустая трата времени.
Annita - Суна? Примьера?
mikmarand - Есть там аккаунты, но сейчас только тренировка/работа.
Annita - Как вы относитесь к вложению денег в игру?
mikmarand - Я не вижу для себя смысла вкладывать в игру. Донаторство вряд ли улучшит мою игру.
Annita - Польша имеет много колоний. И в течении длительного времени вы удерживаете их. Как вам это удается?
mikmarand - Легко иметь колонии, когда соседние страны иметь всего несколько активных граждан.
Annita - У вас в стране очень большой налог на импорт. Иностранцам не выгодно торговать в вашей стране. В чем причина?Это поддержка местного производителя?
mikmarand - Очень давно в Польше было много активных граждан. Рынок был забит местными продуктами. Высокий налог на импорт был самым лучшим способом поддержать своих граждан.
Annita - Как мы знаем, Польша изменила свои политические приоритеты и перешла в другой Альянс. Каковы причины такого решения?
mikmarand - Ну, если честно, это было не мое решение, я только дал на это зеленый свет. Была идея новой коалиции, и Польша получила приглашение, нам показалось это интересным. Я не очень активный президент, но у меня есть много отличных министров, которые помогают мне, так как они лучше разбираются в мировой политике. Поэтому я отправил одного из них на переговоры по новой коалиции. Ему все понравилось, он сказал, что такой расклад сил на Секуре оживит игру, это будет как глоток свежего воздуха. Он был прав, при старом мировом укладе игровое сообщество заскучало. Если мы хотим чтоб игра ожила, нужно что-то новое. Как я уже говорил ранее, в игре политика более динамичная, чем в реальном мире - и это хорошо. Это решение не было направлено против наших прошлых союзников, это был способ обновить игру. Длительный период стабильности и затишья хорош в реальном мире, но в игре - это путь к умиранию игрового сообщества. К сожалению, некоторые из наших бывших союзников восприняли это слишком лично. Я понимаю их разочарование. В этой игре меня предавали неоднократно, было обидно, но я понимал, что это только часть геймплея. Много раз наши враги становились друзьями, и наоборот. Для игры это нормально, и не стоит воспринимать это слишком серьезно.
Annita - Назови топ-5 лучших игроков секуры на твой взгляд
mikmarand - Я не особо активен сейчас, поэтому мне сложно сказать кто сейчас лучший на Секуре. Скорей всего это два лидера крупнейших Альянсов:
Annita - Что нужно для управления такой большой страны как Польша?
mikmarand - Сейчас это не очень сложно ) К счастью, у меня хорошие министры которые помогают мне с Оргой и в ИРЦ координируют наших бойцов в битвах. А так работа президента подразумевают большую собственную активность, знания в экономике и политике + самое сложное это общение с главами крупнейших польских военных отрядов.
Annita - Если бы ты мог что-то изменить в игре е-сим, что бы это было?
mikmarand - Только срочное объединение всех серверов спасет эту игру от вымирания, плюс необходимо добавить новые игровые модули, чтоб улучшить гемплей. Так было бы хорошо. Но, все мы знаем, что админы игры имеют совсем другие планы...

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
