I am presenting myself for presidential election for a third time.
During my last term, I think that I respect what I tell you in my last presentation and I even do more.
To briefly resume what happens in my term (excluding what I mention in my previous presentation), a new ministery was created (the minstery of war) and my cabinet became bigger during this month (selection of an MoIA and a MoO). I agree with the creation of The Agency (an idea of

As you can see, I do more thing then what I was suppose to do because I want to offer a better Canada to canadians.
Some people may think that I don't do many things because citizens are not always seeing what I am doing. During my term, I stabilize the ammount of gold in Canada Org and I make project to improve it. Now, Canada Org is able to do projects to give more advantages to every canadians (what I already start to do and explain in this article ). This mean that you should see more project even if I am not reelected.
Also, I think that I am giving the choice to the population and I am always ready to listen to everyone.
The principal thing that I do on e-sim is to be a politician. In fact, 100 % of my game time is give to canadians since I was VP with ouzobat. As you can, papa2009 is not a incredible fighter or a talented bizness (like
In e-sim, my goal is too make Canada a better place and I will do all what I can to succeed.
Canada is starting to be a better place but there is still job to do and I want to do it for you.

Anyway, now, I want to tell you what I want to do for my third term is I am reelected.
Finish what I start:
The first things that I will do will be to finish what I have started. I will take the time to study our situation for the import tax and I will fix them. This will also allow me to put VAT and income as I want them to be (all details about VAT and income tax here . Also, for the special payout, the product needed to give them are already buy, I am just waiting to give them because I want to give them a day before the battle where we will give supplies (this battle would be already done if there was no presidential election).
Referendum:
Again, I will make a referendum to know if the population want to make an other NAP with USA or not. I know that the population is split on that subject. It's why it's important to make it. I want to mention that I will be prepare for both side (The yes or the no)
Alaska:
Yes, there is a possibility that we rent Alaska to USA if we sign an other NAP with USA. We will probably trade it for Manitoba. The goal of this will be to allow us to declare war on Russia and to bring back some activity in Canada.
Official MU:
I would to have an official MU in Canada but not by creating it. I would like that Canada Org co-lead a canadian MU to make it the official MU of the gouvernement. Also, I would like that some canadians quit inactive MU and join active MU to allow them to receive the bonus that the MU are giving for battle.

I know that I am not saying many things in this presentation. It's because I put my idea in place a little bit before presidential election (and I still need to work on them to definitely put them in place). I suggest that you read this article for more information (I know, it's the third time that I mention it in this article). Also, it's sure that I will do others things for Canada during a third term and I will continue to protect the different market of Canada and Canada itself.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
