I will present myself for a second term as president of Canada.
First, I want to show you what I realise in my first term as president:
-Improving Payout:
The first thing I do was to improve the payout for the players who are working for Canada Org.
Players who are working for Canada Org are now receiving 10 Q5 foods and 40 Q1 weapons or 15 Q5 foods and 20 Q1 weapons for people who have a Q5 house.
A special payout was also make on day 97. Players receive 10 additional Q5 weapons with their normal payout.
Canada Org is also giving ticket if needed

-Give information to the population:
During my term, I write articles to keep the population inform of what is happening in Canada. I was also writing shout in our country shout box. I was present on IRC for my citizen (even if my citizen were not going on IRC). I think that I was present for everyone in Canada. Maybe sometime, I wasn't writing a lot but I was there and I was watching what was happening in Canada. I was always ready to react if something happens.
- War Canada vs. Lithuania:
This was not a big war (only 1 battle) but I think that we were prepare to it. Canadian fight for their country in Northern Canada and we receive the support of our allies. I am really proud of this battle because we fight together. I also think that Canadian should follow more battle order and it's why Canada Org is giving tickets if needed.
-CEC:
CEC was ''take back by Canada'' twice during my term. It was not voluntary as many of you know. Because of that, I had to negociate with the CP and the MoFA of USA about the deal that we have with them. I succeed to convince them to delete our 2nd debt even if they are not having CEC. I also convince them to charge us nothing to allow them to take back CEC (taking back CEC cost around 90 gold to USA).
For the moment, we control CEC even if USA is suppose to take it back. There is probably a possibility that we can keep CEC depending of who is elected in USA. I will do all I can if I am reelected to peacefully keep CEC and to keep good relation with USA.
-Profit
This is a part that you probably don't know but when I became CP, there was a little bit more then 100 gold in Canada Org. Now there is a little bit more then 500 gold in Canada Org. We make that gold principally by selling CAD on the market. I think that it's pretty good.

During my term, I try to improve our markets. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. It's why it will be 1 of my priority during my second term.
And now, I am gonna let you know what I am planning for the futur:
-President of USA:
If I am reelected, the first thing that I will do is talk with the new president of USA. I have read things that I don't like in some presentations and it will be important to clarify the situation. For sure, I don't want that USA conquer all our territories. An ally is not suppose to do that. I will do all what is needed to avoid an invasion of Canada by an other coutry.
-Job market:
Canada Org will move his Q2 DS company to Manitoba (at the beginning it was suppose to be in Quebec). I choose Manitoba because it's an useless territory for any country who want to invade. That company will allow us to always offer job on the market if needed and because our CAD cost us 0.005 gold each, it's almost impossible that we make a lost. The goal won't be to control all the market. The goal will be to offer job to canadian if it's necessary. It will also allow us to produce Q2 DS that can be usefull to defend our territory. If we don't need them, we can sell them.
-Product market:
As you probably notice, the product market of Canada doesn't have many offers. To solve that problem I suggested to reduce tax. Not everyone agree about that so I stop the project and I try to find an other solution. I think that Canada Org should encourage canadians producers to sell their product on the canadian market. How will we do that? Simple, everything that is sold at a decent price will be buy by Canada Org if the canadians sellers ask it. The sellers will make his profit and will be able to continue to produce their product. Meanwhile, Canada Org put back the product on the market at the same price that it was buy. Canada Org doesn't need to sell it immediatly to be able to continue to pay his employees. It's why we will slowly get more product at a decent price on our market.
-Monetary market:
Not many thing are plan for that market except that Canada Org will slowly reduce the difference between the ratio CAD-Gold and and the ratio Gold-CAD. Canada Org is selling CAD at 0.0315 gold/CAD but people can sell their gold for 0.028 gold/CAD. The difference between the 2 ratio is too big and I don't think it's good for people who want (for example) to rapidly change their CAD in gold. The ratio disadvantage them.
-Taxation:
I am not planning to change tax but I am ready to listen to people who want some change in our tax. If the suggested change is justify and that a discussion was put in place before, I don't see why we should reject it (except if a majority doesn't accept it).
-Coordination:
I will also try to improve the coordination of Canada. Not many canadians follow the battle order but I know that we are able to do it. Everyone show it during the battle of Northern Canada. The creation of a public MU can be a solution to that but a discussion will be put in place before to do it.
-An active Canada:
I will try to improve the level of activity in Canada. I already start to promote our IRC channel (#secura_canada ). I am also encouraging people to participate in discussion that are start via newspaper. Giving his opinion is important to have an active Canada.
-PTO:
I already write an article on this but I think it's important to mention it again. For the next party election, the gouvernement will choose 3 players to be party leaders of the 3 parties. It will be the job of the population to elect them. Those 3 players are going to be active enough to remove candidature from PTO'ers during congress election.

-Danemark:
As you probably notice, some Canadians are leaving to Danemark. You would probably want to know why they are doing that. The only reason why they are doing that is because they are friend from primera and they were bored to see the same thing happenning so they decided to move to Danemark. Some people hesitated to change their citizenship, it's why they don't all quit at the same time.
I think that following them is a bad idea because Canada needs his citizens. We are a small country. If everyone quit, Canada won't be Canada. Canada will be control by people from other nationality if we are doing that.
-Conclusion:
My presentation is almost over. I hope that you read it all even if I thing that it's a bit long. I know there is not many pictures but the text is strutured. I try to make it easy to read for everyone. I know that I will probably be the only candidate in those election but for me it's not a reason to write a poor presentation. Also, many thing that were mention in this article are important for the futur of Canada.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
