如果我當選本屆的總統，第一件事情就是與南韓談判關於土地問題以及可能的和平。這場戰爭從很久以前就開始了，而當初的兩個同盟國已經失去對這場戰爭的興趣。說實在的，三次對南韓的進攻都缺乏組織與計劃，因而結果也都不令人意外。另外，OGD並沒有把我們當一回事，他們曾經對前任總統說過，如果南韓願意從SUP跳到OGD，他們會馬上把我們放棄。我不知道你們會怎麼想，但是對我來說，這代表了我們的“盟友”對我們的態度。我想要加入SUP嗎？ 不。我希望我們可以暫時保持中立，因為我們也有自己的問題需要先處理，然後才能討論加入聯盟的事誼。當然，如果有合適的聯盟來接洽，且我們的內閣都同意這是一個適合的聯盟，我們也會依當時的狀況來下決定。
一個重點在於我們需要一個更好地組織，而這可以由兩個方面來進行。第一個就是軍團的協調，這應該是一個相對簡單的問題，我帶領著ROC KOKA而我的對手NekissAZ是Nation Army of Taiwan的領導者。我計劃建立一個更好的溝通管道，用來討論戰略，軍團任務，以及如何有效地輸出。同樣的管道也可以用來與內閣溝通，獲得建言，以及討論戰略方向。另一個我想要改變的是議員提案。議員的投票在e.sim裡面比其他的遊戲，像是erepublik來說更為重要，因為當多數的門檻一過，議案馬上會發生效力。下面這個例子解釋了為什麼這件事情很重要：
某Ａ國議員在國會提出對Ｂ國宣戰的議案，Ｂ國的一個議員看見了就馬上提出對Ａ國宣戰的議案，而且傳訊息給Ｂ國其他的議員讓他們投下同意票。於是這個議案就比Ａ國早通過，因而Ｂ國獲的攻擊的先手權，因為他們的議案較早結束。
為了更好地處理這些缺乏組織的問題，我提議建立一個專供國會議員以及總統溝通的頻道，國會選出一位發言人管理這個頻道且在換屆的時候同時更換發言人及權限。這樣我們國家遭受攻擊的時候可以更快且有效的反應，也可以有個共同溝通的管道，取代一對一的訊息。另一個可能的用途在於頻道的記錄可以讓國民知道議員參與狀況，也許在每個選舉之前可以公佈。
另一件重要的議題是國家的經濟狀況。我們必須建立一個經濟的框架，這也是我們奪回土地後最重要的事情。對於這件事沒有快速解決的辦法，只能靠國民的決心來完成，但我相信我們可以做得到。
對於邀請更多玩家，我會盡力從erepublik拉台灣人過來，但是我想我們也需要更多雙語的玩家，因為這裡沒有繁體中文的介面，也還沒有人提供中文插件。
建立中文論壇的計劃正在進行中，但是可能會需要一些時間，我們希望這可以幫助更多的中文玩家。

Dear all, I have decided to throw my name into contention as our presidential candidate for the month of January. This article will serve as an outline for what I hope to accomplish as well as my viewpoints on our current predicament.
My first action if I am elected CP would be to begin negotiations with South Korea for the release of our regions, as well as a negotiated peace. This war started long ago with two of our allies whom are no longer interested in carrying on the fight. To be honest, the three pronged offensive against South Korea was so unorganized and poor planning from the looks of it that its not very surprising what the outcome was when you look into it. Also, it seems OGD does not value us very highly, as they have told our previous CP that if South Korea ever wished to switch sides from SUP to OGD, they would drop us immediately. Now I do not know about you, but those words tell me a lot about what our "allies" think about us. Now do I wish to join SUP? No. I wish to simply remain neutral for the time being, as we have many internal issues that need fixing before we can officially join an alliance. That being said, if a alliance comes along and is interested in our membership to that alliance, and I along with my cabinet feel that it would be a good fit for us, then we will make that decision when the time comes.
One aspect i think we need to drastically improve is our organization, in two specific actions. One would be Mu cooperation, which should be a relatively easy fix, as I am the current commander of ROC KOKA, and my opponent NekissAZ is the leader of the National Army of Taiwan. I plan to improve our cooperation by setting up a specific channel for both the leaders of my MU and the leaders of the National Armies MU to deliberate about tactics, the military orders for the day, as well as various tips the MU's have learned to make their fighting more efficient. The channel will also be used to deliberate military matters and advise my cabinet as well as myself as to what the military units advise for the situations as they arise over the month. The other aspect my Administration wishes to improve would be congressional proposals. Congressional voting is much more important in Secura much more so that that of say Erepublik, as when the necessary majority has voted to pass a law, say a declaration of War for example, the law is immediately passed. This characteristic of laws makes organization and activity in congress very important and vital to the defense of the nation. So to emphasize the point, I will give an example:
Country A proposes to declare war on Nation B. A congressman of Nation B sees this, proposes a declaration of War on Nation A, then messages his fellow congressmen to vote yes on the proposal, and they reach the necessary yes votes to pass the law and it is passed right then regardless of the amount of time left on the proposal. Country B then receives the priority to attack over Nation A because they declared war first as their proposal passed first.
To remedy this problem of lack of organization, I propose a channel exclusively for our congress members and President, with an elected Speaker of Congress to act as owner of the channel, and each month after congress elections a vote is held for the new Speaker of Congress, and whomever is elected is given ownership of that channel. Thus if war is declared upon us, we can organize much more quickly and effectively, and can debate on the various matters of the nation as a group, instead of messaging each other via private message. A possible addition to this would be a record of which congressmen show up to this channel on a daily basis, which would be published a few days prior to congressional elections, so that the voters could be informed of who is most active in our congress, and who is not.
A major issue of the Nation currently is our economy. We must build up our infrastructure, as this is perhaps the most important element in defense of our country, when we get it back. There is no quick fix to this, and it will take a determined effort to better our economy, but I am confident that we can achieve this.
As for Recruitment, I feel we should continue to try to get more Taiwanese from Erepublik to start to play this game, but we should focus on bilingual players, who are fluent in english, since there is no Traditional Chinese interface for us, and currently no Chinese script for us to get them to install.
Plans are being made to build a Forum for us specifically for Secura, as well as a site in Chinese to help the beginners understand the game upon joining, but this may take some time.
In conclusion, We have a long road ahead of us, but I feel that if I am elected as your President for the month of January, This article and its contents are the basic outline for my administration. Thank you, don't forget to vote, and I wish the best of luck to my opponent and friend NekissAZ.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
