Here are my goals:
#1 I fully intend to put the USA back on the map, no matter what it takes. I have no illusions about the lack of USA military power, and am fully accepting of the idea that Lithuania will want to keep USPC without paying rent or owing any sort of obligation. So be it.
#2 I plan to add a level of accountability to the leaders of the country. I am aware that there is a congress forum, and that things are posted on it. I have no idea who posts what, when, why, or how it changes anything. This is going to change. Government discussions will be summarized and made public each week so that the country knows what's going on, and which leaders are active and involved. My actions will be shown too.
#3 I will do everything I can to remove any reward for people who use the leadership of the country as a mean to make profit. I refuse to grant a cabinet or other formal leadership role to anyone who puts more time into spamming the shout box than drafting a coherent presentation for congress votes. No exceptions. It's time this country was led by people with something to offer and not merely people who are just loud. If you think you're going to keep the 5 gold from the congress medal as some kind of reward for being popular and have me trust you with org access or any other sensitive post, rather than donating it to the treasury like the majority of successful nations do, think again!
#4 No more welfare. The strikes program is going to go backwards - players will be asked to hit smart on key rounds, and then the government supplies (once they exist) will reimburse players who fought properly. I fully intend to do away with the system where people who show up and beg for a handout get one. I want to reward players who do what they're supposed to, and especially reward players who are capable of ponying up their own supplies and using them efficiently without needing a handout in order to hit.
#5 The long-standing age of the USA as a selfish nation who looks out only for its own interests needs to come to an end. Foreign policy agreements will be conducted formally, signed, and published. If a country wants to trade favors and help us in exchange for our help later, and they follow through on their end of the agreement, we WILL do our part - even at personal loss. No more trading favors only when convenient, and hoping to get help from countries who expect none from us unless we have nothing better to do. No more awkward shifting a friendships. Above all, no more mpps when we don't even hold regions. Integrity and intelligence need to come back to USA foreign policy.
#6 The USA will not join any global alliance - not during my term at least! I have no intention of dragging this country into Delta, no matter how cemented I personally am in that alliance, nor of joining any other one. Friendships will be made with other nations on an individual basis, and alliances will be dealt with through specific agreements with clear timetables and no long-term expectations.
#7 Players who left this country are welcome to return without grief, at least not from me. I don't care if you "bailed" on the USA in its "time of need" or any other nonsense. The fact is that NOBODY saved the USA, nobody did enough to fix the problems, nobody was successful, and therefore nobody is going to get shit on because they decided to go do something they felt was more fun in a video game. Whether you choose to return, to stay where you are but help us, or just move on - all the best to you.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
