- 俄罗斯（被卷入战争后一直被动，两边联盟都为了战略用途使劲利用其地形。有高麦。）
- 韩国（几乎可以说没有真正的韩国人，里·Delta。被中国台湾占领部分领土。）
- 乌克兰（和俄罗斯同状况。）
PS：
Trinity 仍然会继续茁壮。成员还会增加。这差不多是肯定的。
新联盟成立以后的局势并不差。无论对哪个成员而言。
巴西和西班牙等传统 Delta 高输出国家的加入不是没有原因。
巴西
正如上面所说，巴西是传统的 Delta 成员。
近期来，巴西境内一直受到墨西哥和哥伦比亚的起义骚扰，
（其实绝大部分都是外国人而非这两个国家的人点的）
却没有收到太多的援助，多半自己解决，
使得巴西在 Delta 的重要战役中积极性减少了一些。
这时，巴西收到了新联盟的邀请信。
加入新联盟，巴西能更好的管理自己的战争，
帮助盟国的输出相比之下也减少很多负担。
巴西立刻召集了国会议员、军人及一些平民举行讨论和投票，
除了一个空票以外，全数赞成。
立陶宛
立陶宛正在举行 全民公投 ，
决定是否升级并重新整顿 Lietuvos Karines Pajegos 。
然后，环球文萃：DAY 500 里提到的传言及质疑终于有所解释。
有人质疑国库印那么多钱是为了给总统及其朋友们买 Q6。
其实，也就是一群人开会时印钱事宜决定好了以后，某个人开的玩笑。

塞尔维亚
NAP offer from Serbia to Delta countries occupied by Serbia
这个是针对被塞尔维亚占领的国家的 NAP 条件。
条件如下：
1. 那个国家必须支付塞尔维亚以下金额：
- 每一个自己的国家领土 200 Gold 。
- 首都 300 Gold 。
- 高资源产地 300 Gold 。
2. 绝对不许向塞尔维亚宣战、起义或是攻击塞尔维亚国旗。
3. 无论是谁，每攻击塞尔维亚 1 m 就要支付 3 Gold 的罚款。
4. 500 Gold 的保证金。
5. 此 NAP 不包括阿尔巴尼亚的 莱什 及 多尼戈尔 。
这两块土地塞尔维亚绝对不归还。
6. 以上开价还会根据市场走势而做出改变。
7. 以上开价不包含 19% 的市场税收所得。
8. 以上开价不包含交涉期间的任何额外开销。
9. 每次签约 NAP，为期 30 天。
10. 30 天后，相关国家有 24 小时的时间考虑是否续约。
续约必须再支付 500 Gold 。
11. 24 小时内若没收到 500 Gold ，视作交涉决裂，塞尔维亚向其宣战。
12. 新的 NAP 交涉将更新以上开价。
13. 周日签约 NAP 有 2% 折扣。
14. 塞尔维亚公休日签约 NAP 有 5% 折扣。
15. 复活节、东正教新年、东正教圣诞节期间签约 NAP 有 10% 折扣。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
