其實我不想淌渾水，只是大家做得太超過了，已經變成集體霸菱了，不教而殺謂之虐，你們沒有人跟他說過通過國籍要總統同意，然後就一直指責他，這樣真的對嗎？
上面這段，我覺得可能會有誤會。

回顧e台灣過去的議員中，有美國人，有荷蘭人，有香港朋友，也有大陸玩家。
這些朋友們，都是在e台灣政治穩定的三大黨時期，
被當時e台灣多數國民所接受、所認同而選出來成為議員，有的朋友也曾連任超過三屆以上。
因此，我想國藉並不是問題所在，問題只在於「愛e台灣」和「不愛e台灣」，如此簡單而已。
希望他能慢慢改善大家對他的看法，
e台灣不是不歡迎外藉人士，是不歡迎來惡質搗亂的朋友 ，所以希望他能洗刷大家對他的印象。
再來講講通過國籍要先經過總統同意這件事，沒有人給過我書面的東西，只有口頭告知
關於國藉通過案，過去只要是我當議員的時期，不管總統是誰，每次議會會期的第一次開會，都有一定跟身為議員的大家一再宣導國藉申請的目前流程，並詢問大家是否有想法讓它更完善。相信只要有跟我開過會的議員，還有總統本人，甚至是有寄信詢問過我申請的人，都應該有很深印象。
目前e台灣的國藉申請辦法如下：
中華民國的議員，目前並沒有私自放行國藉申請的權力。
如果有議員收到申請案，應請當事人轉寄信詢問總統，隨信附上：
1.申請的理由
2.是否有台灣藉的保證人
3.了解「未來若參選，會先報備該黨黨主席」一事
由總統做最後的決定，決定是否放行後，再通知議員放行。
不過，目前這個國藉通過辦法，
目前它只是習慣法，而非成文法，因此沒有任何書面的資料，很容易造成不清楚的人無所是從。
這也是，只要我當議員，曾經提過，也每次都會提的一點。
因此也建議新的議會，在下一次議會討論，能把這個「無成文法」的問題修正補足，以免再發生誤解。
只是通過國籍的權力在議員手上，總統是如何能強迫議員一定要先經過總統同意才放行呢？而且有許多人來來去去，為何這時就不須遵守了呢？執行的準則到底在哪？
關於「強迫議員一定要先經過總統同意才放行」這句，其實我覺得用詞有點過了。
其實這個遊戲，很難強迫誰一定要去做某件事，或是誰去控制誰，
就算有書面法的規則也是一樣的，因為沒有任何遊戲給予的處罰權利，但也是它難得的地方。
因為沒有任何的強制力，有的只有靠玩家之間自定的規則來形成「公民自治」，或者說「公民自覺」的精神。
正因為沒辦法有任何處罰，所以才需要靠「公民意識 」和與論的力量，來讓人自己規範好自已的行為。

過去e台灣一年 多風風雨雨，都一樣走過來了，相信大家未來也能做到。
正常的議員放行，都要通過總統同意，
所以那些議員不照程序走，不遵守規定放行，如果總統不說的話，我想這只有當事人們才知道
如果有真的很在意的人，是否可以草擬一篇通過國籍辦法給議會請議會討論與表決，或者過去的議會已經有討論過並做成決議了，那請提供書面規則讓以後的人有規則可循，而不是一切都靠口頭告知與默契。
這也不是誰在意，誰不在意的問題，因為相信大家都是為了e台灣好。
如前面所述的，其實這個問題很久了，這事件只是個導火線，希望新的議會在第一次議期能對此事有個共識，補充完善好這點，至少訂定出一個正式的程序來公佈、完善，不要再發生這種會造成許多人誤會的狀況了。
若真的，議會間都沒有決議或想法的話，就再告訴大家吧，簡單的流程規範總能弄出來。
今天很多事，不是等問題發生再來做，
而該是發現有問題，有能力改變就該去做，至少我是這樣想的。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
