Some considerations
This article is a translation, done by me myself, of my last article: 环球文萃：DAY 565 .
"环球文萃" means "Global Highlights". This newspaper of mine gathers information from articles all around Secura world, select what I see as more important ones, and organize them in articles periodically. Call me a global stalker if you'd like.
As Global Highlights was created with the objective to provide news of other countries to Chinese (Mandarin) language speakers, there is no need to put in Chinese news, and Taiwanese news are only presented as URLs. Mainly because there are better newspapers in China and Taiwan, and people who know tendencies way better than me, who do their redactor's work fantastically.
About the selecting, or filtering process, I try to always focus on Politics, so no MU specific articles are selected, only some Economics and Military moves are selected, nearly no cabinet changes are selected (There are 52 countries! I won't have space for that!), and presentations from important polititians and regular players should always have higher priority. Lastly, no translations on E-Sim official announcements. However, some funny articles will be here occasionally.
This English article is an experiment, for me to see the repercussions of my news in a way that all players (or at least most of them) can understand. Then I will decide whether I should continue this way. Sorry
I can only speak some languages, especifically Chinese, English, Spanish and Portuguese, so most information I gain are through Google Translator, so there might be some points that appear to be strange, even false. But with some techniques to get better results, I always try to put it the most original and concrete way. And so then my personal opinions.

It involves interests of various players.
So it's probably going to be another epic batte.
Now ther is something I'd like to comment,
and it's about the possibility of Serbia putting Defense Systems.
This battle is a continuation of the previous, the bugged one,
so if there weren't a DS in the 15th round, there shouldn't be any this time too.
Yes, that should be a smart move, but is also a move with no sportmanship.

Argentina & Peru
Original Text: Argentina y Peru NAP
1. Peru gets back all regions from Argentina.
2. Peru will not directly attack Argentina or Brazil from owned borders and vice versa.

Australia signed MPPs with Poland, India and Canada.

Australia gave up on New South Wales.

DAY 565:
Australia and Indonesia signed a NAP, with the terms:
1. Indonesia gives Australia back all its regions except for South Australia and Western Australia.

5. Australia guarantees military support to Trinity Alliance and Indonesia.

7.2. no government official will take any action against Indonesia or Indonesian allies.
8. Country that breaks the NAP pays 200 Gold to national Org of the other country.
9. Indonesia and Australia take no responsibility for their citizens who are members of mercenary MUs or MUs that don't follow official orders.

United Kingdom and Portugal signed a NAP with each other.
The terms are:
1. UK and Portugal can not fight against each other flags.
2. The following MUs are not allowed to set orders against each other flags：

3. The fine of Breaking NAP is 250G which should be given or no other NAP's will be signed.
4. NAP is broken if either side declare war on each other.

This NAP will end on the first day of the next country president elections or if either side breaks the above agreement.
*The contract may be extended if both sides agree to the terms in the next presidential term.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
