Melboourne, 16 marzo 2014 - Nico Rosberg su Mercedes ha vinto il Gran Premio d’Australia, gara inaugurale del Mondiale 2014 di Formula 1. Il tedesco ha preceduto l’australiano Daniel Ricciardo su Red Bull e il debuttante danese Kevin Magnussen su McLaren. Quinto posto per Fernando Alonso su Ferrari, preceduto anche dall’altra McLaren di Jenson Button. Ottava l’altra Ferrari di Kimi Raikkonen.
RICCIARDO SQUALIFICATO - Questo l'ordine d'arrivo al traguardo, ma Ricciardo è stato squalificato per aver "superato il limite di 100 kg di carburante fissato dai nuovi regolamenti della Fia". In virtù di questo, Magnussen diventa secondo e sul podio sale Jenson Button (McLaren-Mercedes), che aveva chiuso in quarta posizione. I ferraristi Alonso e Raikkonen sono saliti rispettivamente al quarto e al settimo posto. La Red Bull ha annunciato "ricorso immediato" contro la squalifica del suo pilota.
LA CRONACA - La gara è stata caratterizzata da una prima partenza abortita per problemi di allineamento. Rosberg è poi scattato meglio di tutti e di fatto ha condotto una gara di testa dall’inizio alla fine. Gp di Australia caratterizzato dai ritiri eccellenti di Lewis Hamilton per un problema ai cilindri dopo soli 4 giri e del campione del Mondo Sebastian Vettel su Red Bull per noie al motore dopo cinque giri. Sfortunato Felipe Massa, sulla Williams, costretto al ritiro dopo sei giri a causa di una collisione con il giapponese Kamui Kobayashi.
In casa Ferrari c’è comunque soddisfazione per aver portato entrambi i piloti al traguardo, anche se Alonso di fatto non è mai stato in grado di impensierire i primi. Raikkonen, costretto a partire dalla retrovie, ha condotto una gara aggressiva in rimonta riuscendo alla fine a chiudere in ottava posizione. La Mercedes si è dimostrata la più avanti di tutti nel costruire motori adatti alle nuovre regole.
Alle spalle di Rosberg, infatti, da segnalare il primo podio in carriera e all’esordio per il giovane danese Magnussen su McLaren motorizzata Mercedes. Buono anche il quarto posto del veterano Button.
La top ten ha visto poi al sesto posto la Williams di Valtteri Bottas, il finlandese è stato protagonista anche di uno sfortunato episodio: al 12° giro ha perso il pneumatico posteriore destro costringendo all’ingresso la safety car. Settimo posto per la Force India di Nico Hulkenberg davanti prorio a Raikkonen.
Alle spalle di Iceman, le due Toro Rosso di Jean Eric Vergne al nono posto e del debuttante russo Daniil Kvyat al decimo. Da segnalare anche i ritiri di Romain Grosjean e Pastor Maldonado sulle due Lotus. Prossimo appuntamento il 30 marzo con il Gran Premio di Malesia sul circuito di Sepang.
ROSBERG - Grande gioia per Rosberg alla sua quarta vittoria in carriera in Formula 1 e che ripercorre le orme del padre Keke Rosberg che vinse a Melbourne la prima edizione del Gp di Australia nell’ormai lontano 1985. "E’ un momento fantastico, grazie a tutti. Una giornata indimenticabile e sono al settimo cielo", ha detto raggiante al termine della gara. "Abbiamo lavorato duramente durante l’inverno e vedere le Frecce d’Argento così stralrinarie è irreale. Siamo stati molto veloci e anche affidabili. Un esordio migliore non poteva esserci e speriamo di continuare così".
MAGNUSSEN - "Mi sembra incredibile, surreale. La macchina è stata molto migliore di quanto sia stata finora - ha detto invece il debuttante Kevin Magnussen -. Ho fatto tutto quello che bisognava fare durante l’inverno. Non avevo mai provato una F1 e devo ringraziare i team per il lavoro fatto".
ALONSO - "Penso che come prima cosa abbiamo portato due macchine al traguardo e questo ci rende fiduciosi. In quanto ad affidabilità siamo ok", ha detto Fernando Alonso che vede il bicchiere mezzo pieno. "All’inizio ho avuto problemi con il motore elettrico, ho dovuto fare dei cambiamenti. C’è stato un po’ di caos nei primi 10/15 giri poi ha funzionato tutto ok - ha aggiunto il ferrarista analizzando la gara -. La cosa positiva è che abbiamo 10 punti in più di Hamilton e Vettel, la cosa negativa sono i 35 secondi da Rosberg. Sono troppi e dobbiamo colmarli per la prossima gara". In vista delle prossime gare "dobbiamo analizzare i punti forti e i punti deboli, soprattutto i giri dietro Hulkenberg ci possono dare degl input importanti". Alonso ha comunque "fiducia nel team, siamo solo all’inizio. C’è ancora tutto da capire, è stata una gara molto strana e difficile. Ci sono rivali importanti che non hanno finito ma nella seconda tappa dobbiamo migliorare".
RAIKKONEN - "Abbiamo avuto qualche problema al primo giro, sono stato colpito da qualcuno in partenza. Dobbiamo guardare, è presto per parlare. Ci sono tante cose da esaminare", è stato il commento di Kimi Raikkonen. "Dovremmo essere un po’ più avanti, ma dobbiamo migliorare. E’ stato un weekend difficile e complesso e ancora tutto da esaminare", ha aggiunto Raikkonen.
VETTEL - "Abbiamo provato a recuperare per quanto opossibile. Ad un certo punto ho pensato ci fosse un leggero miglioramento, ma ovviamente ci siamo resi conto che c’era un problema più grande con il motore", ha detto infine un deluso Sebastian Vettel, costretto oggi al ritiro. Il campione del mondo con la Red Bull interrompe così la sua serie di nove vittorie di fila. "Per qualche motivo abbiamo perso un paio di cilindri. Quando non hai la potenza nel motore l’intero sistema non funziona correttamente e si perde ancora più potenza", ha aggiunto il tedesco. Vettel guarda comunque con fiducia al futuro: "Di sicuro abbiamo imparato molto. Abbiamo appreso che l’auto è veloce, abbiamo solo bisogno di ottenere tutto insieme. La stagione è ancora lunga", ha concluso.

Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
