Media is perhaps the most underrated and underutilized element in e-sim, yet, can be the most powerful tool that the game has to offer. With a successful article hitting the front page, within minutes you can influence all of your readers to see your side of the story. This can be extremely useful especially during time of war and to make players aware of other issues in e-sim.
To create a successful newspaper you need 3 key ingredients. 1) A good idea 2) well written article 3) Persistence
Ideally you want to find your niche area, something that you believe will be valuable to the e-sim population. When presenting your article, make sure that you also take the time to incorporate images that are relevant to your article such as screenshots or graphs. There are many types of articles in e-sim such as comics, troll, statistics, but which ever one you choose, make sure that it is relevant to the entire e-sim population and not a set demographic. Also, if you are writing an article of value, make sure that there are no spelling mistakes. The readers will appreciated this and in turn will vote and subscribe to your newspaper for your efforts.
After you have written a well presented article it is difficult to reach the wider e-sim audience. But there are a couple of ways that you can boost your subs immediately.
1) Get your friends to vote and subscribe
2) Send a message to your MU and party members
3) Put a hyperlink in the shoutbox (hyperlinks are very important. They take 5 seconds to do and all the readers have to do is click it rather than having to cut and paste)
4) Try to somehow get it shouted in the relevant nations shoutbox. For instance, if you are doing an article about a battle in Poland, get it posted in their shoutbox
5) Pay for advertising. With some of the larger newspapers, the owners may be more than happy to post your link in their article for a small donation.
When you have reached your target goal of subscribers and have a formula where your votes are consistent, the next thing consider is this. "How can I make front page every article?" There are a few things to consider. The most important one is, when do I publish my article to have the best chance of reaching the front page? Here are some tips.
1) Check the current front page articles. Remember, all articles are only valid for 48 hours to be on the front page and you can simply check when each article was published by looking at the comments box. Most articles will contain "pertamax" which shows the first voter and subsequently when the article was published. From this, you can create a timeline of when the articles will be removed and replaced from the front page.
2) Click "News" - "Top Articles". This will show you all of the highest voted articles. If you see a multitude of articles that have something along the lines "posted 3 hrs ago" avoid publishing your article. You ideally want to see a whole group of articles towards the top that were published "1 day ago". To get your article at the top, timing is a key ingredient
3) Avoid hot times. If there are many articles with over 100 votes, don't bother. Avoid times when there are many articles in the news feed that have many more votes and many more subscribers. Hot times in general are weekends, as this seems to be the peak in the media empire.
4) Avoid publishing when the [Admin] has posted. There are only 6 spots on the front page. The admin will ALWAYS take up one spot. This just lowers your chances and it will be impossible to compete.
There are certainly other techniques that can be used, however, these are the important ones. With dedication and persistence you will be able to create a very worthwhile newspaper for the e-sim population.
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
