This is the Canadian Combat guide for beginners, Be prepared guys this one gets a little long, but it is amazingly helpful to anyone who isn’t a battle-hardened veteran. (and even for them this is helpful)

Table of Contents:
1. Intro
2. Battle Rules
3. Different Kinds of Battles
4. Why Fight?
5. What Do I Need to Fight?
6. Health
7. Food and Gifts
8. Weapons

1. Intro
Fighting in battles plays a huge role in e-Sim. It is through these battles that regions are won and lost between countries. Nobody wants to be wiped off of the map and every person in a country is able to be a round changer.

2. Battle Rules:
Battles go as follows, there are up to 15 rounds and the winner is first country to get to 8 victorious rounds. The winner of the round is the side that does the most damage in those two hours. The Winning country of a battle immediately takes control of the region being fought over.

3. Different Kinds of Battles:
There are 3 different kinds of battles in the world of e-Sim, each with slightly different rules on how they can be fought in:

Attacking a country: This is when a country declares War and invades another countries region. You will be able to fight in one of these from any country that has an MPP (alliance) with those countries or the country itself.

Resistance War: The next most common kind of battle. A resistance war will occur when a country has a region taken and they attempt to take it back. You will only be able to fight in a RW if you are currently located in one of the countries involved.(Note: you do NOT have to be a citizen of that country)

****IMPORTANT NOTE: resistance wars are sometimes used as drain wars, these are merely to suck damage away from another more important battle

Civil War: The rarest and perhaps, most exciting kind of war in e-Sim. Civil wars are wars that only citizens of that country can participate in. While these wars will not be over regions, government will be affected depending on the outcome of the battle.

4. Why Fight?
Personally, each hit you deliver gives you 1xp and adds to your total damage, which will increase your rank. You can also get achievements and win medals such as the prestigious ‘Battle Hero’ medal

More importantly, you represent YOUR country when you fight. Your damage is compiled as a Canadian. Your decision to fight will influence whether or not we win or lose a region in battle for ourselves, or our allies.

5. What do I need to Fight?
There are 3 things you need to fight: Food and/or Gifts, Weapons, and Health.

Yes, you can put down damage without weapons, but it isn’t exactly worthwhile. You’ll learn why in a minute.

6. Health
After Day Change (6:00pm Eastern Time), EVERYBODY is given 50 health out of a maximum of 100. Each hit you deal in battle will use up 10 health, (Unless you re defending and there is a Hospital in place). Now, I know what you’re thinking, but that’s only 5 hits... This is where food comes into play.

7. Food and Gifts
Food and gifts both allow you to add on additional health. The quality of the product will add on a different amount of health:

Q1=10
Q2=20
Q3=30
Q4=40
Q5=50

It is the same for both Food AND Gifts however, Gifts are a bit more expensive.

By now, you’re probably noticed the Food and Gift Limit numbers. As these numbers state, you can only use that many of each product per day. (Unless you buy a house and an estate to increase those limits by up to 5 more each!)
So how much health can we really get? Let’s see:

If we decide to just use 10 Q1 food. We get an additional 10 hits.

If we decide to use 10 Q1 food AND 10 Q1 gifts. We get an additional 20 hits.

If we decide to use 10 Q5 food. We get an additional 50 hits.

10 Q5 food AND 10 Q5 gifts. We get an additional 100 hits.

In case you’re wondering, the most you can get is 150 additional hits by purchasing both a Q5 house (which increases your food limit by 5) and a Q5 estate (which increases your gift limit by 5).

8. Weapons
Just like everything else, Weapons come in different qualities from Q1 to Q5. With each quality level, you will do more damage in battle.

Remember earlier when I told you it wasn’t worth fighting without weapons? Here is why. Weapon quality plays a factor in the Damage Formula.

Fighting unarmed will do damage equivalent to half of your strength

even with just Q1 weapons, your multiplier becomes 120% of your strength

Q2 = 140%
Q3 = 160%
Q4 = 180%
Q5 = 200%

You are basically wasting health by fighting unarmed. If you run out of weapons, save your health or use it to travel somewhere.

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.

Invest, produce and sell - be an entrepreneur in E-Sim.
