1. 第五期国家补贴涵盖的有效战场列表
本期有两个战场短期享受到了双倍光环的照耀，因此得分处理方法依然采用全体修正，不再赘述。
2. N7 多战场统计报表
表中看到的国家补贴系数为20是双倍修正除2后的数字，实际等效为40。
KDS、革命军和wolf获得补贴得分榜前三名。
第七期战场的总体烈度中等，所出现的浪费伤害全部出现在双倍期的莫斯科战场的两个轮次。
3. 本期合计补贴
本期实际应发补贴共计：Q1枪15257支。
4. 各军团本期补贴率
fresh man party, Lowly Patrolling Kappa和wolf 赢得了补贴率的前三位。恭喜fresh man party获得高效的补贴，同时也很高兴的看到总体排位靠后的Lowly Patrolling Kappa由于积极参与压秒，令补贴率大幅提升。
5. 默认参数的调整
为了提前应对联盟变化带来的各种可能，再次调整补贴战场默认参数，本次更新放宽了国内重要战场的默认参数。
调整后的参数将作用于下一期的补贴计算。

蜗牛篇末语
1，关于换届后的统计工作：
随着001大囧统的任期届满，蜗牛的辅助国家补贴工作也快结束了。后面的统计如何进行，取决于狼头001是否会继续留任EC的经济大臣。
自国家补贴启动以来，蜗牛始终很认真的进行每期的统计，公平公正的对待每一个伤害数据，并没有因为身在狼团而有所偏颇。整体的伤害得分统计是利用程序计算完成的，但是每期战场的属性都是需要每天进行记录的，一些特殊情况程序也无法处理。因此，所有的数据最终的计算结果，还需要导入到excel中进行必要的后期修订。
至今为止每一期的详细统计表都有保留，所有发放的物资都有详细记录，蜗牛自以为无愧于心。
2，近期国际形势的猜想
近期的变化发生的很快，由于西瓜呆专注毛子自由世界不耐烦写新闻报，国际新闻完全糊涂中，但是明面上的各种预期到的没预期到的变化还是悄然发生着：
[ I盟 ] 光明盟方面：
- 光明会正式解体；
- FATE宣布成立 ，目前成员：塞尔维亚、克罗地亚、希腊、立陶宛和埃及。埃及果真应了蜗牛的猜想，抛弃了一地鸡毛，开心的上了贼船；
- HONOR宣布成立 ，目前成员：保加利亚、匈牙利、马其顿和土耳其。
- 显然巴尔干周边的一众小国，像斯洛伐克、斯洛文尼亚等等还没有明确归属；
[ T盟 ] 三龙会方面：
- 湾湾总统宣布攻击加拿大计划；
- 联盟总指挥官
- 曾经预言的T盟变化已经成真，T盟实力强大的湾湾已经正式宣布脱离三龙会。
- T盟的变化尚未完成，仍然在进行中…… （比如：英国的二货总统昨晚连点中国和湾湾的4处起义场）
未来的分析：
1，敌人的动向：立陶宛是FATE成员中唯一一个没有复国的国家，因此可以预期FATE近期的一个重要工作就是帮助立陶宛复国。
2，湾湾和中国：无论T盟变化如何，唯一可以确定是EC和ETW牢不可破。记得有个老外曾经问我为啥，俺很老实的说不知道，好像不用选择，其他答案都应该是错的。
3，中国未来的盟友？
依照国家情感，无法预测；
若依照国家利益的资源地情况分析，个人以为争取波波妹是关键的一环。另外，T盟另一个强大的成员伊朗的态度也非常关键，蜗牛以为因为地域的关系，伊朗大胡子依然会保持和EC的良好关系。湾湾和美国的争端，大胡子门难道会倒向美国吗，诸位一定还记得T盟刚成立的时候，大胡子和美帝之间互相拆台的暗战吧。
4，T盟的未来？ 天知道。湾湾的后续动作可能决定着T盟的未来走势吧。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
