今天发布第10期国家战场补贴。

1. 第9期国家补贴涵盖的有效战场列表
本期补贴在短短4天就达到了创纪录的24个战场，其中包含4个联盟战场，有5战场享受系统100%伤害增益加成。
本期还包含了一个超级史诗级战场 Jeolla--全罗道保卫战
同样进行了全程增益修订，补贴系数相应减半，最后得到正常补贴数值。
2. N10 多战场统计报表
本期的国补情况比较复杂，统计工作量急剧增加，蜗牛每天仅仅记录战场ID及核对增益覆盖轮次，就需要花费大量的时间。
而且本期补助还有2个比较特殊的情况包含其中：
首先是由于波波攻击俄毛子的唯一栖息地“北高加索”，这个进攻令就像是一针强力鸡血，让长期萎靡不振的毛子们久旱逢甘霖，一个个激动的上蹿下跳，流浪比利时的老沙皇cen更是激动的腿肚子抽筋，立马宣布：富得流油的毛子org将全程高额补贴北高加索保卫战，所有的毛子都将获得最高级的补贴待遇，其他来支援战场的X籍华人们也都将享受一定的补贴。
那么，穷逼屌丝的EC org就乐的捡便宜了，本期国补将扣除北高加索战役的标准补贴额。扣除部分见下表：
其次是，本期国补很荣幸滴包含了一场超级史诗级战场——全罗道保卫战。参与该战场的不少EC坦克们，都获得了湾湾org赠送的大量坦克。由于蜗牛目前掌握的情况并不全面，湾湾朋友也告诉我暂时还没有比较详细的赠送记录。那么本期国补将暂时不发放，但是先期把数据报表贴出：
总结：本期的总体烈度很高，EC在困境中表现出越来越强大的持续战斗力以及爆发力，原计划的全面防御阶段开始出现偏差。
浪费打反点评：
浪费：
本期浪费从数据看几乎没有。需要特别说明的是，EC org从善如流滴开始认真地发布每天的战场指南，这样每天的战场记录的属性标定将变得相对容易起来。需要特别提醒各位战士的是：只有每天发布的国家核心战场，才能享受T10就计算为压秒的标准。其他所有战场，都是T5计算压秒，请大家牢记。
打反：
本期依然有一定量的打反，主要原因仍然是抢章。僵尸的小帅哥变形金刚复制了蜗牛上期的悲催表演——打反并导致守磊失败。因为考虑到整体战场并未受到太大影响，因此并未追加处罚。
3. 本期合计补贴
本期实际应发补贴共计：Q1枪50130支。
由于国库物资匮乏，可能依然会分批次发到各军团。
4. 各军团本期补贴率
补贴率的成本计算不仅仅是枪支费用，还模拟了包子的费用，因为整体补贴率会偏低。

以下是本期补贴的一个战场——立陶宛本土高钻区Samogitia起义战 中的几个镜头。
1，第一个精彩镜头出现在round 3，咱EC出生才2天的超幸运儿
2，在紧接着的round 4 ，咱们的伊朗大胡子给咱表演了神奇的一幕，波斯（PERSIA）军团将军令设在立陶宛一方，然后……
哦，god is a girl，
哦，这是神马精神，这是怎样的情操……
哦，其实俺的猜测，特么的完全就是在神志不清的状况下，习惯性的帮助EC。大胡子们跟咱一起战斗了多久了，镇压了多少次立陶宛起义，帮助EC镇压你小婉婉理所当然啊。
3，继续来到round 5，看到神队友的神奇表现，身为大波斯战队经验最高的
4，在换日后的round 9，
5，就在蜗牛发稿之时，俺又去瞄了一眼大波斯战队，发现了一个新的救赎计划诞生了，大家膜拜吧。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
