Prestamos. ¿Cómo funcionan?

Bueno, hoy en barrio sesamo, vamos a hablar de prestamos. ¿Qué son los prestamos? ¿Como funcionan? ¿Porque todo el mundo tiene prestamos?¿Qué pasa si no pagas tus prestamos?
¿Qué es un préstamo?
Un préstamo, es cuando te prestan dinero. Si, ya se que lo sabias. Pero un prÉstamo no solo es el dinero, está compuesto por distintas partes.
- Interés: Obviamente,que te dejen dinero supone una pérdida y un riesgo para el prestatario. Por eso se cobra una cantidad adicional llamada interés. Direis, ¿porque es una pérdida para el prestatario, si al final va a recuperar su cantidad? Porque no vale lo mismo. Si, 40gold hoy, no valen lo mismo que 40gold dentro de un mes. No podrás comprar lo mismo, ya que estamos en una sociedad donde cada vez se produce más(ya que la skill laboral aumenta indefinidamente), por lo que el valor del dinero cae. A esa caida del dinero se llama inflación. Lo del riesgo, esta claro. Te cobro unos intereses porque puede que no recupere mi dinero.
- Aval. Si, normalmente se presta dinero porque crees que lo vas a recuperar. De ahi que exista la figura del aval. En el juego, el aval consiste en otras empresas o activos que tenga la gente. Un ejemplo, yo no daria un prestamo de 100g a alguien sin empresas, ya que su capacidad recaudatoria es minima.Si se lo daria a alguien con una empresa q3 ya que se que a las malas, puedo quedarme su empresa.
Vaya par de avales tiene esa. Cuidadín xD.
- Duración: Otro factor muy importante. A más duración, mayor interés. Hablando del juego, podremos ver que muchos prestamistas prestan por tramos, es decir, a partir del mes, su tarifas se incrementan.
¿Cómo funcionan en el juego?
Gracias a la explicación de Osonegro sobre los contratos, tendreis una ligera idea de como funcionarán. Normalmente, se envia un contrato con valor del prestamo, y se pide como exigencia la devolución de este más al interés.
Ahora os preguntareis, ¿que pasa, si tras pasada la fecha no se paga? Según la wiki, sucede esto.
When the debt become outdated, the citizen gets suspended from using some features in the game.
Not able to fight with weapons in battles

Not able to candidate on election
Once the outdated debt is payed, the sunspension get removed right away and the citizen will be able to use those features in the game. When the debt become outdated, the loaner can request Force Pay the debt from Game Operators.
Que no es más que no podrás luchar con armas, ni votar ni ser candidato. Además, pueden buscar a un admin para forzarte a pagar las deudas, quitandote directamente el admin el dinero de tu cuenta o vendiendo cosas que tuvieras en ella.
Remember, e-Sim Staff doesn't guarantee that you will receive the whole amount of money/gold from the contract. Everything depends on what the player did with your money/gold in the time before the debt get outdated.
Eso si, no esperes recuperar todo. Por eso dije lo del aval, ya que con eso siempre te podrás asegurar que tiene dinero.

La pregunta del millón, ¿porque todo el mundo tiene prestamos?
La razón es sencilla. Es rentable. Una empresa q2 puede tener beneficios, y esos beneficios superar a los intereses. Hay fondos de inversión donde se saca una buena rentabilidad. O puede haber muchas otras causas. En fin, que es rentable pedir préstamos. Personalmente rondan del 0,5% diario al 1% diario. Quizás puedas encontrar por debajo, quizás por encima. Mi recomendación es siempre preguntar antes de pedir.

You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
