Taigi atvykote į žaidimą ir jums iš karto kyla milijonas klausimų kaip čia kas po ko vyksta. Ką reikia veikt? Kadangi žaidimas yra labai lėto tempo simuliacija nereikia svajot iš karto nuverst kalnus, juk iš karto prezidentu netapsit. Pradžioje susitelkit kas dieną spaudinėt Work/Train mygtukus. Skaitykite spaudą, kad neatsiliktumėte nuo naujienų, o jeigu yra kokių klausimų būtinai klauskite savo Mokytojo, kuris su jumis susisiekė, arba bet kurio žmogaus kuris, jūsų manymu, žinos atsakymą. Jeigu domėsitės žaidimu ir klausinėsite, jūs parodysite motyvaciją žaidimui ir, kad jūs esate aktyvus ir tikrai žaisite.
Kariavimas
Pradžioje jokiu būdu nepirkite ginklų. Jie jums tiesiog nereikalingi. Jeigu neesate šauliuose ir dirbate už algą, tai siūlau visus algos pinigus išleist Batonams ir dovanėlėms. O jeigu algos neužtenka iki 7 level galite užsiregistruot naujokų ministerijos dovanų dalinimo įstaigoje. Paraišką rasite čia . Kodėl sakau nenaudot ginklų ir šaudyti „unarmed“? Nes jūsų damage yra kol kas pernelyg mažas ir iš to naudos jokios nebus, jūs tiesiog švaistysite gold. Geriau jūs su maistu ir dovanėlėm kelkitės xp, taip greičiau ir level kelsit, juk kiekvienas level nuo 7 duoda 5gold už levelį, tuo pačiu ir žmogus kuris atvedė jus į žaidimą bus laimingesnis, nes greičiau pasieksit 7 level. Taigi jeigu laikysitės tokių mano nurodymų, tai ateityje turėsite iš ko šaudyt, kai to tikrai reikės. kiek vėliau jau turėdami pirmų medalių ir level`ių goldą galite stoti į kokį rimtesnį būrį naujokams. Į būrius apsimoka stoti, nes taip galėsite aktyviau įsijungti į patį žaidimą, o ypač karinį gyvenimą, padarysite daug daugiau damage (nes jau dabar kovosite su ginklais), o jūsų padarytas damage bus daug tikslingiau panaudotas.
Spaudos rašymas
Laikraštį siūlyčiau spausdinti tikrai ne visiems, o pradėti tik turint tam tikrą idėją apie ką būtent bandysit rašyt. Mes turim porą pavyzdžių, kaip NEREIKIA rašyti. Tarkim, kad ir šitas žmogutis Nesakau, kad tai blogai, žmogus bent jau bando, bet taip gero įvaizdžio apie save prieš visuomenę nesusikursit. Lengviausia prasimušti yra matyt vis dar su interviu straipsniais. Tai daug pastangų nereikalaujantys straipsniai, kurie tikrai puikiai vertinami ir interviu straipsnių tikrai nėra labai daug. Kai kurie žmonės nuo to ir pradeda. Vėliau atsiradus naujoms idėjoms galima bandyt jas realizuot. Ko nepatarčiau tai loterijų kūrimo. Ne dėl to, kad bijau konkurencijos, dalyvių man pilnai užtenka, bet jų jau per daug ir žmonės net nebežino kur bedalyvaut. Bet kuriuo atveju jeigu turite idėjų, bet neturite jokio noro turėti laikraštį, galite tiesiog pasidalint savo idėja ar net straipsnį parašyt ir paprašyt, kad koks nors, jūsų nuomone patikimas žmogus, išspausdintų straipsnį už jus. Bei žmonės, neterškite spaudos spam`u, jau geriau iš vis nerašyti, negu rašyti pievas…
Verslas
E-sim`e tarp naujokų vyrauja stereotipas, kad surinkus 20g ir įkūrus įmonę galima uždirbti milijonus ir tapti rimtu verslininku. Deja taip nėra. Prieš įmonę kuriant reikia labai rimtai pagalvot ir dar dešimt kartų perskaičiuot ar su rinkos kaina jūs gausite pelną. Ekonomikos ministerija nuolat rašo straipsnius apie verslą, ar apsimoka juos kurt, ar ne, kokios sritys pelningiausios. Štai naujausias jų straipsnis . Dar galiu pridėti, kad kartais Lietuvoj ne visada būna verslas pelningas, kad ir atrodome galingiausia valstybė iš visų tačiau taip jau yra. Na o jeigu vis tik pasiryžote kurti verslą tai nekurkite naujos įmonės, nes market`e galite atrasti įmonę bent porą gold`o pigiau. Ir nepamirškit, kad jums reikės ir algas mokėti, o jei tai ne raw įmonė, tai reiks pinigų ir raw produktam, todėl pradedant verslą reikia papildomai dar ~10gold.
Politika
Tai kol kas ne jums. Į seimą patenka populiariausi 20 žmonių, arba tie, kas sugeba nusipirkt daugiausia balsų. O tas pats seimas labai daug valdžios neturi, tiesiog žmogus gauną medalį (tuo pačiu ir 5 gold), bei šiek tiek xp, nes už kiekvieną nuspaustą YES arba NO mygtuką gauni po vieną xp. Galima aišku eit vadovaut partijai jei nori, bet ten laimėsi tik jei būsi žinomas. Vienintelė instancija į kurią žmonės priimami tik dėl jų puikaus mąstymo ar kokių nors sugebėjimų tai yra vyriausybė. Tačiau prieš patenkant į tam tikrą politinę instanciją žmogus turi įrodyti savo vertę ir, kad be jo tai instancijai būtų daug sunkiau dirbti. Tą naujokam yra tikrai sunku padaryti, tačiau įmanoma tik bandant.

Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
