Article 1. Dividend Policy
Goal for the company is to pay out dividend to her shareholders every 10 days. The days when dividend is paid out each month:
The 10th of the month
The 20th of the month
The 30th of the month (in February the 28th or 29th)
Dividend proposal act will be proposed the day before pay day at 20.00hrs.

Article 2. Buffer Policy
For the good ongoing of the company’s and that they are able to pay salaries DI Inc. maintains a salary buffer of 3 day’s total salaries. So that when market are getting worse our employees just can count on their employer that they get paid for the work they do. Buffers will be in 70% Currency and 30% Gold.

Article 3. Expanding Policy
After DI Inc. is recovered and again fully active there will be an expanding in products. Goal of the company is to get a Oil and Ticket Company (both Q5) to extend market value of products and has a more diversity.

Article 4. Share Policy
Dutch Investment Inc. is looking for the best balance between shares value and amount of shares. We don’t want to be bought out by low share costs but are willing to give starters a change to invest in the company to build up their own profits.
