Currently I am working on building up our resources. We are floating 1000 iron to sustain people working the weapons company first if they do (I usually work right as day change so we usually do). We are going up about 100 USD a day and I want to see us float 1000 USD. Once we're above that mark I will start selling USD for gold and every 20 gold we accumulate this way will see a 10 gold dividend. This means dividends every 4-6 days.
Why? Because If you have your investment coming back to you more frequently it allows you to spend that into your daily fighting making you more effective.
