Do you agree to change company statute into:

Empire World Trade is intended to be a safe friendly/family investment.

1. Until having a constant dividend no more than 1000 shares should be issue;
2. Xu3ta , luis90 and Guilherme_S will own a minimum 51% shares at all time;
3. Dividend will be paid every week if profit made;
4. Xu3ta , luis90 and Guilherme_S will reinvest their dividends.
5. As long as rules above are complied with, Xu3ta may conduct the business of this stock company as he sees fit. Specifically, by purchasing stock in this stock company, you agree, authorize, and permit Xu3ta to engage in self-dealing and to sell, exchange, pay, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the companies, currency, products, and other assets of the stock company at his complete discretion, including at prices that are unfair or disadvantageous to the stock company. By purchasing shares, you agree that it is not possible for Xu3ta , luis90 and Guilherme_S to defraud or steal from this stock company because all of its assets belong to then on the percentages of 47%. 27% and 26%.
6. To the extent permitted by the game operators, shares of inactive players will be force sold at market prices (but not less than 1 Gold ). The purpose of this rule is to maintain liquidity and exchange of shares.
