* Official USA Production Site is 100% owned by the United States Government, with Ockey5 acting as shareholder on behalf of the United States Government.

* All companies are 100% owned by USA Org unless other wise stated by having the Freedom Fighters logo or Reo logo as the company image, these are being leased and may be returned to the rightful owner at any time the rightful owners request their companies to be returned.

* The use of these companies are for the USA Org which will gain all production and supply any additional elements to the stock company to assist with its running

* Any other share holders who have a share, have no real value within this stock company as represented at the sale price of the 1 share to them being 0.05 Gold which will be purchased off them if they no longer wish to play

* The sale of any inactive shares are prohibited to be requested by any one apart from the CEO Ockey5

* This SC is not for profit making but to build a stronger USA

* As stated in the CEO panel option for a stock company this area is classed as a 'statute' which means a written law passed by a legislative body (That being the share holders)
