To produce Iron. Hopefully provide a stable share price, so that players who are new to investing will not be sad to see wild market swings.
Dividends
To provide semi regular income to share holders. All profits will be distributed. But due to the cyclical nature of economies it may not be very consistent.
CEO Compensation
The CEO will have the Option to buy shares from the inactive share holders at book value and sell those shares at market value, with no black out periods.
