GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The General Director of the Company is Dmitriy Medvedev
2. The share of shares of the General Director must be at least 65% of the total number of shares
3. The number of shares in free float should not exceed 35% of the total number of shares
4. In case of violation of the proportion between the General Director and shareholders, the issue of shares is allowed
5. In case of non-compliance with the proportions between the CEO (65%) and shareholders (35%), the issue of new shares will be suspended until the proportions are normalized
6. It is forbidden to issue shares 5 days before the payment of dividends
7. You can issue up to 70 shares between dividends
DIVIDEND POLICY
1. Dividends are paid at least twice a month, on the 15th and 30th
2. The amount of dividend payments is determined by the following formula: Dividends=Q/S*K
Where,
Q=number of issued shares
S=number of shareholders of the Company
K=set ratio (K=0.7)
3. Speculation with an unreasonable increase in the share price to increase dividend payments - will not affect the amount of dividends
4. The CEO has the right to "freeze" or change the dividend policy indefinitely, but only in case of emergency
5. For Berkshire Hathaway Inc. stable payment of dividends to its shareholders is a priority
