We are interested in opening this service to citizens, however until this bank builds repute and a steady of supply of income we will deal solely with organisations. So, imo, no.

I applied and I didn't get a loan, why?
I withhold the right to not give you a loan for any reason I choose, including gut feelings, the fact I don't like you, or just I am not in a good mood.
