First and foremost, I want to thank everyone for making FAY what it is today. We've come a long way since Day 9.

Secondly, I want to thank the brilliant managers who have kept this place running. Ramp, Paddy Murphy, and Afanasiy Drago are the engines behind this money making machine and each have had a lasting impact on the company.

We are on target for a 0.25g dividend per share on Sunday. We will issue the dividend, and then afterwards issue 25 shares.

This means that if you put your order up now, on Sunday it will lose 15% of its value (rough estimate of the dividend % of our company) and unless you plan ahead will not hit the threshold for the issue.

What will happen is this: I will pay the dividend at 12pm CST on Sunday. I will issue the 25 shares at 11pm CST.

This will give ample time for people to put in orders or trade accordingly. The target price is 6.20-7.00.


Lastly, I want to thank Drago again. He has put in extraordinary effort to insure we keep our business booming, and his skills and creativity have given us a business plan that will be unrivaled in e-sim for some time to come. Shareholders, thank this man.
