19-11-2012 Shareholders Briefing:

I move that the minutes from the last briefing (Sept 31 2012) be approved.

I apologize for not doing one of these in 7 weeks, but there wasn't any real business to share.

Since FAY has entered its harvest phase on Sept 16th, we have paid out 2129.5 gold in dividends. That is 108% of its total value in 2 months. This is an incredible milestone, and I have to highly commend Afanasiy Drago and you, the shareholders. Without your support, this would have never been a third of the success that it is today.

Our financials in the past month have been relatively constant. We're sitting at 2000G real valuation, and unless the political climate changes drastically, we will most likely stay at this size.

Our future outlook is the real purpose for this briefing. Margins are down. A few highly competitive companies have entered our international markets and completely cannibalized the profit margins in an attempt to just move volume.

Drago and I are businessmen, we will only 0.01 people to a point, and then we prefer to sit on the product until a more reasonable valuation is presented.

What does this mean? This means we're moving less volume consistently, and prices are being hard to peg on a universal metric.

What does that mean? That means I have forecasts of our profits from each company, but they are increasingly becoming less and less educated guesses.

I have not issued new shares in a month, and that is because of the uncertainty I have had in hitting the 0.25g target that I want us shareholders to enjoy. I will not issue again until I believe that 0.25g is a safe expectation or we use it for a new business venture.

Drago, Paddy and I will continue working hard to hit our targets, and even though I've had this hesitation for 3 weeks now, we have hit our target with room to spare.
