0-introduction:
Hello my fellow sAustralians!

I want to mention that for all sAustralian citizen that have not completed the survey yet please do so now. This week's article is, in fact, a continuation of my previous article on Civil Wars . Here I plan to go more in depth about the sheer amount of money it is possible to make. If you haven't seen that article or don't know how CWs work please consult the aforementioned article before continuing as this article will presume you know the functioning of CWs. sAustralia plans to start a CW-BH-tying scheme that is a hybrid strategy between sMontenegro's rank/strength player matching and (hopefully) sMalaysia's shout/article/coordination structure.

1- Why? Profit
The main reason behind the future sAustralian structured CW is for profit. This is done by maximizing the number of BH medals. Remember that tying top damage for BH medals will award all damage tiers with a BH medal and 5 Gold
. This works particularly well in countries with relatively low population (such as sAustralia's 75) for the lower CW starting costs.

As you may recall starting a Civil War costs 50 Gold
+ 10% of active population in gold or 7.5 Gold
.

This mean it will cost 57.50 Gold
to start the referendum to start a CW, then the CW in sAustralia.

We hope that our love for gold will unite sAustralia and make us a stronger country.

2- How are the costs recouped/paid for?
Each citizen that will participate (i.e. get one or more BH medals) in the CW is required to donate Australia Org 3 Gold
times the number of BH medals he/she has been planned to get (mentioned in CW article), meaning a 2 Gold
profit.

We need to get at least 20 BH medals donated to make up for the costs, this can be easily achieved if all players cooperate. If we receive more Gold
then we need for the current CW, we may keep the money for the next CW or return it to the specific players in a fair distribution (i.e. directly proportionate to the amount over)-- this means it is possible to receive 5 Gold
profit after we pass this margin.

A good goal would be 100 Gold
, meaning 42.5 Gold
profit.

3- Matching players
It is important to match people that have the same rank, strength, and can hit in the same round.

There are more complicated ways to match players that involve factorizing numbers and matching players based on their q0 to q5 hits but as this is our first CW we want to test the waters therefore we will only be matching players that have the same rank and strength as a given player (ex. I, Guy3000 , could be matched up with Madmax ) unless otherwise stated or we are not online at the same time.

4- Communication: knowing when, where and how
-Similarly to sMalaysian CW, we will be actively using our #secura.aus Mibbit IRC channel for quick updates during the CW (ex. if you can join even if you don't have the same rank)
-Shouts a few rounds in advance conducted by one of the members of gouvernement to remind what rank/strength is coming up next. This shall be done roughly two rounds ahead of time and players are required to shout in order to reserve their position to hit that round.
-A General article will likely be created before the CW will go through each individual round (ex. round 12 is for Rank: Colonel and Strength: 1060 will hit 10x with q0) so you know in advance roughly what's happening.

5- Time Frame:
On a minor side note:
-A Civil War can only be started once every 7 days
-A Civil War should can last up to 15 rounds *2 hours = 30 hours if all rounds (Rebel/ Loyalist) are won evenly (8-7)
-There is a minimum of 16BH medals if we fail (a minimum of 30 BH medals if all 15 rounds are completed) and a theoretical maximum of 1125 BH medals if all the population ties on every round .

6- What if we fail?
It is guaranteed our CW will not be as successful as other countries have been (at least not at first) however we do hope to at least recoupe the costs and make a small profit. We acknowledge some players may be temped to destroy our "cheap" gold-making ways but to those people I want to remind that this is for everyone in sAustralia's benefit, including them. Others may simply make damage mistakes to them I want to remind:

- KNOW what round/ what damage you're doing before you hit. (shouts, article, and if applicable, personal messages)
- MAKE SURE you have not ranked up during the hitting as it will change your damage
- DON'T SET MU ORDERS to CW as this will affect the damage too
- FIGHT WITH q0 by default
- RESERVE A SLOT the day the article/ shout is released or GO TO IRC (so that we can help you find a match)
- RESPECT is key as we need to cooperate for the betterment of our country -- don't be a BH medal stealer
- Congress, DO NOT ACCEPT CITIZENSHIP during CW.

In the following days, we should see an article exploring the first sAustralian CW specifically (starting time, round break-downs, goals) by one of my superiors. Until then, keep on rocking!

Good luck sAustralia!

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
