Hi to everybody,
I don’t know why I tried to solve this stupid misunderstanding, but I think this is a good reason to open a newspaper.
I am going to summarize the current situation for the less active players, and propose a reasonable and, above all, polite ending of this story.
During the mourning days in France due to the sad events in Paris, our president paulthomas decided to propose war to our Congress, because he thinks that France was dealing few amount of damage and they were an easy target. Logically, France’s answer was the same proposal to their Congress
Spanish Congress rejected the war, and we received an article on behalf of the french government asking for our behaviour and with some requirements. In this article, our president made some comments with the clear intention of provoking them, also provoking in IRC Channel of France.

My opinion is that our president lost the ways, and he should apologize to french people for his behaviour. He also should take into account the decision of the country and of the Congress.
On the other side, he is the president for whom we voted, wrong or not, few days ago, and we knew he wanted a war to encourage us. It is true that the country needs more activity, although I don’t know if this is the best way to do it eheheh. You know that I appreciate the effort of any player for the good of all, and I consider that we have to give an opportunity to the few players that have ideas and carry them out.
All this stuff makes me think that a DoW to our neighbours can be a legitimate option, but we managed it terribly.

Pendant le deuil national en France en raison des évènements tragiques à Paris, notre président
Le congrès espagnol à rejeté la proposition de guerre et nous avons réçu un message du gouvernement français nous demandant des questions sur notre comportement mais aussi avec quelques exigeances. Dans cette article, notre président à dit quelques commentaires qui avait pour but de les provoquer et il est aussi venu les provoquer sur le channel IRC de la France.

Notre comportement a été irrespectueux, inconsidéré à la douleur des autres et pas loyal.

Mon opinion is que notre président va perdre la face, et il devrait s’excuser auprès des français pour son comportement. Il devrait aussi prendre en compte la décision du pays et de son congrès.
D’un autre côté, il est le président que nous avons élu, à tord ou à raison, quelques jours avant. Et nous savions qu’il nous encourageais à vouloir faire la guerre. C’est vraie, le pays à besoin de plus d’activité, bien que je ne suis pas certains que ce soit la meilleure route à prendre.
Tu sais que j’apprécie l’effort de n’importe qu’elle joueur pour le bien des autres mais je considère que nous devons donner l’opportunité au peu de personnes qui ont des idées d’essayer de les mener à bien.
Tout ça pour dire que je pense que une DoW contre nos voisins pouvait être considéré comme une option légitime mais nous nous y sommes très mal pris.

Il insiste sur le fait que la guerre est inétressante pour nous et il nous propose après la lecture de cette article un referundum sur l’opinion des espagnols et suivra avec respect la décision qui sera prise.
Nous essayerons de convaincre nos voisins que c’est seulement un jeux et les décisions ce certains joueurs sont juste pour le fun, bien que je suppose que ce soit sans valeur. Maintenant nous devons tous décider ce que nous ferons sur ce serveur.
J’ai eu beaucoup de conversations avec le président français et après la publication de cet article nous informerons la France des prochaines étapes, et ils peuvent être sur que nous serons honnête avec eux.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
